Hmmm...I extracted this in a sandbox. If you read the 'readme.txt' it says that Acoustic Corporation are the sister company of 'Champian Corporation' in Lahore, Pakistan who make PA sound systems. As stated below, there are only four Google results for this...

UPDATE: I extracted the .dll and 'installed' the VST in a demo copy of Renoise. It does make sound after some effort but it is very flawed to the point of unusable. I DID NOT run the .exe file as who knows what the payload is. My advice: step away from the download, there is nothing for you to see here...
