NO man, MAC is now even stronger with the LOGIC X flagship!
Not that I adulate Apple but Windows has many, many disadvantages.

What exactly are Windows disadvantages? Is it the amount of users, the plethora of software, the many more configurations of computer peripherals, the lower price? The only disadvantage comes from Windows being more popular and therefore it becomes a bigger target for malware writers but that would be the same if OS X were number one. The only other problem has to do with the fact that Mac only works on a few configurations of computers so obviously it will be less prone to issues while PC's have to deal with all of them. And ironically Logic used to be for PC when eMagic still had rights to the software but then Apple bought them up and made it exclusive for OS X which was a shit move on their part but they're always pulling crap like that. Same thing that they do with their iPads and iPhones when they release a new version of iOS and neuter the featureset for older versions of these devices though they would work fine (Siri being a perfect example and they didn't even create that they also bought it from another company...I had Siri before they rebranded it) in an effort to FORCE people to upgrade. Apple's business practices alone leave a lot to be desired and without Steve Jobs at the helm I believe ArticStorm is right. Personally I don't care what OS anyone uses because it's the person using it that's important not the operating system they choose. It is after all a means to an end. However this is all a sidenote to the real problem here which is...

We don't beg for software here and Mac please comments will not be tolerated. It's completely useless to ask because never in the history of this site has that ever gotten someone what they were asking for. Either wait for it to be released or make a request in the requests section.

after long time of usage i found problems with the key tracking and midi CC getting stuck, can anyone confirm this?
it never happends before with previous versions
tested under ableton live 9 suite, windows 7 32bit

@ Cataly5t –– I entered the computer world with MS-DOS Windows so I KNOW what I'm talking about. MAC's are in many, many points more evolved than Windows. Beginning from the design going over to user friendliness and easy use. But MAC's have also lacking points such as a few (overpriced!) models to choose from. The MAIN BIG difference between the 2 systems are the folders and contents structures. On a MAC you'll easy have access to contents thanks to its transparency, while on Windows you have to struggle with disorder and complications!

Well I've used all 3 flavors of operating system so I know what I'm talking about. It depends on the needs of the user but I personally don't feel like I struggle with my computer. I happen to think that sometimes developers have a tendency towards too much user friendliness which dumbs down the interface and the people using it. I also think that the Mac GUI is really ugly and I could never get used to it. Windows 7 is a work of art compared to the bland and boring layout on Mac OS X. Concerning folder hierarchy it's pretty self-explanatory: you have documents and settings which lists all users and the files they own, you have program files which are the files needed for programs you've installed to run and you have the Windows folder which is pertaining to windows itself and you also have the configuration database known as the registry but that is more for advanced use. You also have a great search feature that can find whatever you need at the drop of a hat. I think the fact that PC's have more users, more hardware, more software and aren't overpriced more than compensates from any perceived shortcomings.
