Abbeyroadplugins EMI TG 12413 Limiter VST RTAS v2.0.1-AiR screenshot
Team AiR | Date: 01/2010 | 7.11 MB
The TG12413 plugin is an authentic emulation of the compressor / limiter from the legendary EMI TG12345 mixing console, which was used on many classic recordings such as The Beatles’ Abbey Road and Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. The TG12345 consoles were custom-built for EMI's studios and were never sold commercially.

The plugin brings the sound of this rare and sought-after unit to computer-based DAWs and sets a new standard in vintage hardware modelling. It functions as a 2:1 compressor or as a limiter with up to 20dB of limiting and accurately reproduces the behaviour of the original. It can be used on mono, stereo and multi-channel tracks, supporting up to 7.1 surround operation.

Two plugin modules are included, providing variations on the TG sound: the ‘1969’ module is modelled on the original from the EMI console and the ‘2005’ module is based on Chandler Limited’s hardware reissue of the TG12413, the TG1.

Key Features
Classic and contemporary modules
Compressor and limiter modes from the original hardware
TG-style controls and gain reduction meter
Mono, stereo and multi-channel operation
Automation and control surface support
Available in TDM, RTAS, VST and Audio Unit versions

Pro tools 10,

I'm so glad I've missed that !
There is so much BS here sometimes, but am very happy to see old, working releases here too. And why not ?
There is 1 thing I'd like to see here; The latest update of Native Instrument's B4 ( without having to download the Gigabytes of the latest Komlete BS, because I just don't have the time ).

And all of those tons of library/ sampled stuff..., which might come in handy for some. But we shouldn't be complaining.

In this case, I still have an older version of this Abbey-road, so it's kind of new to me...
But I'm not even thinking about downloading this, cause the older one is still working perfectly, when needed.. !

And do appreciate all of your comments here !
Hail !!

I just D/Led an Abbey Road bundle and it exhibits the same issue I've had with some other recent D/Ls. When I Use WinRar to extract, I get errors regarding missing or corrupt files or it asks for a volume I do not seem to possess. In the Abbey Road D/L, it's looking for a missing volume. The nfo file from team AIR states, "1) Unzip, Unrar and run Setup.exe". Is there some new (to me) trick to unpack these files? Is there some combination of WinZip and WinRar I need to use? I D/Led WinZip and it's still a no go. I'm hoping on someone's kindness to help me here. Thanks.

I figured it out. I'm not used to D/L these multipart packages that unpack in multiple stages. If anyone is having the same problem and wants to know, they can PM me.
