Sampler, Pro Tools 10? Nope. ;)

But its presets are just good starting points. Too much stereo for drums, and too loud for mixing. It's best to make your own presets, and it's easy to make them, thankfully.

Yeah,it's not a sampler,it's percussion synthesizer.

One of the biggest drawbacks of previous versions was that you couldn't properly tune your sounds (without a fft). In this version you can see the value of the parameters, so you can just dial in the Hz's as you like.

Drumatic is also good to directly synthesize reverse drum sound. (the only synth I know that can do this)
