does this versions of the korg legacy products work in x64??? i mean all the version uploaded on these days and the package uploaded by KRock, are able to run in windows 64

Legacy Cell problem: Not showing in DAW

So if you wanna Legacy Cell work properly in your DAW, then include the Legacy Cell & MDE-X & Polysix & MS-20 in the same folder. I think the Legacy Cell dll looks for the others and if they are not in the same folder it does not show up in your DAWs plugin-list.
