Not true. All features of the full version are completely intact. The only limitation is that you cannot open the backpanel, which means that you cannot alter the parameters directly. (Except On/Off.) But you can still use host automation and/or the hosts generic control interface to access most of them.

Monark eats around the 35% of my i7 CPU to deliver a monophonic sound... and still sounds weaker than my Creamware/Sonic|Core Minimax, based on DSP, that I use since 2003 at 0% CPU consumption.
IMO still goes well Arturia's Minimoog which is a better balance between sound and resources than latest Monark or Diva (today, unnecessarily heavy)synts.
Maybe after next 1-2 years, with new and more powerful CPUs they can be suitable as native soft sysnths. dunno

You're quite right for these 2 models : 'MONARK' & 'DIVA'.
But with their respective current versions... because in my own opinion,
as soon as new and powerful CPUs will arrive, you can easily guess that,
as it has been done in the past, creators/developers of VSTi Synths will also follow this increment of all the available resources of new CPUs
to create new Soft Synths more powerful... therefore more hungry
in CPU resources...
In fact, it seems like an endless story !!! rofl

Here you have a good (to not say the best !) option/solution to freeing
your CPU resources for others tasks, or others VSTi Synths used
