Problem with part 1 can't download from MEGA I got Decryption error

ouch i hate megas encryption - tried yesterday to create an account with my 11years old notebook. well after 40 mins i gave up the RSA key was created to 20% - i thought the server is calcing the key - ouch.
anyway in the end ive uploaded the file to zippy and good.

I get this:
"Warning: Your browser is not modern enough to download a file this large."
What that for bullshit Hoster, oh man, come on.
Uploaded Hoster please instead such experimental crapy FatMan Hoster.

For those that encounter some troubles as for example :
'Decryption error',...

Don't worry ! Once you have this 'Part 1' properly downloaded within
your Desktop (don't forget to check its size !!! It must be of 500 MB), simply rename it as follows :

G_E-BOG.part01.rar (in place of 'XXXXX.mega')

and all will be fine...

You can now open it and get that whole Library (with the add of
all the others parts comprised in this upload).

Part 1 seems to be corrupted.

Here we go those idiots thats blames Mega are so wrong. By the was using mega links on parts 2-9 and spider link 1 workend fine on Mac.

Probably an error related to archiver itself.
Try different archivers, like 7Zip, WinRAR last version...i don't know on Mac.

I'm also getting the "Decryption Error" trying to download part 1. I've tried a few different times with no luck. I can't get it downloaded to the desktop either -- it just stops at 100%, says Decryption Error, and doesn't leave anything on the desktop. Anyone with a solution to this? I'll try the other parts (haven't tried them yet...) but obviously they won't do any good unless you can grab Part 1.

Who knows how to do it?

Unfortunately, I don't know what to tell you exactly about the fact that
you can't to get that 'MEGA' Part (Part 1) downloaded properly within
your Desktop after download completion.
In fact, the first time that I've used 'MEGA' for another downloads a few ago, I noticed that each downloaded part was placed automatically along my Desktop (by default, I suppose, because I don't have chosen
any particular download option during the first trials with 'MEGA').
Hence the reason why I wrote to have a look within your Desktop.

Here you'll find an image that I hope may help you in some way :

'G_E-BOG.part02.rar' (Part 2) through 'G_E-BOG.part09.rar'
(Part 9 and last one)

As you can see, these others 8 parts were perfectly downloaded
(always placed within my Desktop after download completion !),
and you can then see the content when using WinRAR.
The main problem now is that effectively the 'Part 1' is corrupted
(that's the reason why you don't see it within the image).
I desperately tried to downloaded it several times, but it seems that's always the same Part, I mean the uploader ('Mrmuck') doesn't seem
to have tried to change it (re-uploaded it).
I found some links within another forum but... as I'm still not a Premium user, it notices me that I'll take about 2h50 to download that 'Part 1' ('Uploaded.net'), and I can't even get it with 'Rapidgator' cause it's only
for Premium users !

So, for the moment, I just hope that either 'Mrmuck' can do something for that 'Part 1', or maybe to find a working (not corrupted !) 'Part 1' within another forum.
For tonight, I can't to spend almost 3 hours more to get a download...
I'll try tomorrow in the afternoon. More news to come soon, I hope...

Nevertheless, if in the meantime you want to get these 8 'working' parts, you should to get it without major troubles, I think, with the 'MEGA' Links provided by 'Mrmuck'.
As depicted in the provided image, even without that 'Part 1', you can still extract some of the archives by selecting them (e.g. all the 'dmg' parts if you're a MAC user).

Yeh, I'm not really sure what's going on either. I've downloaded from Mega before without any problems, and once the file reaches 100% then it shows itself at the bottom of my browser (Chrome) completing, and then it's on my desktop. On this download it just gives me the error on the download page before Chrome even shows the file being completed. I poked around my machine to see if there might be a temp file somewhere that I could re-name, but if its there somewhere I'm not finding it. So, for the moment I guess at least some of us (has anyone been able to get it done?) will have to wait for another source. We'll get it!

BTW, the other times I've used Mega it's been fast and worked fine. No problems.

As you can read it along some previous user's comments, unfortunately
that 'damned' Part 1 is corrupted... all the others 8 Parts are perfect !
In fact, when you launch 'WinRAR' and test all your provided 9 Parts,
this 'Part 1' is stated as 'corrupted' by 'WinRAR', and here's the big trouble... be unable to perfectly extract the full content of
your 'Best of GURU' Expansion.

It will be very kind and nice of your part to do that, and as said,
you only need to re-upload that 'Part 1', because the others are OK
and not corrupted.

It seems that you forgot to 'bypass' your Delay Unit (Hardware or Plugin) !!!

geez, seems a little harsh! The only places I've seen the kind of speeds I'm getting on Mega FOR A FREE ACCOUNT are Megaupload and Rapidshare. With RS it probably won't ever happen again, and if it does it will be brief till they sucker in some more people who will pay them. Megaupload, well, we all know the story on that.

It's new, give it a chance. It might be a really nice thing for people, especially those that are reluctant to put something associated with downloading on a credit card-- I know some people think its all about cost, and not wanting to pay for a hosting service, but if you're living in a place like the U.S. now, believe me, you have to consider whether you want to put this type of service on a card that can be traced to you pretty easily. There's something to consider with that...

As for Uploaded, Mega didn't exist yet when a vote was taken here so what you're saying isn't exactly fair. Besides, the way things are going with file-sharing in alot of countries lately, I would think there's room for more than one decent hosting service.
