Although these plug-ins are praised + loved by so many, I did never like them. The most i don't like is the Presets Management. What i like better is their design. It's all a matter of taste.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm letting loops run uninterrupted and I've got past the 15-minute mark with no timebomb yet, so I think I'm good. Hurrah!

I've been using the 4.1.8 without any problems, but, as others have said, you have to block your DAW with your Firewall. Simply go to your Firewall, block incoming and outgoing connections in your DAW. I don't know how to do this on a MAC, but it works fine on Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

ARchive is 7zip , not classical Zip. (If you get authorization Error, or "unsupported method 99"), it's because of this.

There is a very simple solution to this problem and indeed SIMPLE and effective

Here is how I avoid any issues with plugins calling home while running my daw

@Echo Off
net stop dhcp
cd c:\program files\Reaper
reaper.exe
net start dhcp
Rem end

Okay so as you see when I click on that batch it will stop my dhcp service ( every OS has to run it in order to have a dyamically assigned Ip number from your router or modem) this will drop your IP and you will have no net connection

Then it will start reaper, and wait untill you exit Reaper before again starting the DHCP service and getting your IP back. Now everything is back to normal.

Very simple and effective.

All my main Applications are ran this way. of course you can copy that and run that batch on your system, just put in the location of your daw main exe just like I put for Reaper of course.

Im under Mac 10.4.9 and use a couple of appz which need iLok Tiger Reset 0.3.2. Will this package conflict with those? Thank you :)

THANKS :D the ilok driver refuses to install on my computer and keeps failing midway, this is a life saver

Agree with Kook on this one ! alot of folks swear by these plugs, but ive tried them several
times and to be quite honest they suck in my opion a bunch of crazy weird sound effects kinda useless

anybody got 'speed' to run? it's missing from the vst install and I think it's necessary for the au to operate. Nah.... that's not it.... there is no vst of 'speed'

Don't know why anyone's giving the uploader a hard time - there's a recent post in the forum about people having time bomb issues and this XVX package worked for me with no issues (as mentioned in the thread, although like others on here I don't really have a thing for soundtoys), so well done audiozon for responding to a request is all.

but for win SoundToys Native Effects VST RTAS v4.1.6 - SND release works like a charm for me and since i see lots of complains on all other releases i'm go stick with SND
