FXpansion Etch v1.0.1.2 HYBRID

version 1.0.1.1 - which fixes the following bugs:

[1.0.1.0] Resetting Etch doesn't clear the preset picker name
[1.0.0.9] MIDI Learnt parameter no longer responds to mouse
[1.0.0.9] Save preset dialog says "Save binding map"
[1.0.0.9] Preset name not saved with host
[1.0.0.5] Remover modulation text not greyed out even when no mod is present
[1.0.0.9] The output level does not give you a 6db boost
[1.0.0.5] Right click 'edit value' does not work on specific sliders
[1.0.0.9] No audio output in Digital Performer
[1.0.0.9] Cubase's internal bypass not working
[1.0.0.4] Filter displays are incorrect with the following modes/types
[1.0.0.9] Mono rtas not passing audio
[1.0.0.9] Sidechain inputs not working in RTAS version
[1.0.0.9] Parameter mapped in Ableton can no longer be used

There is also a new feature. You can now right-click any of the selector knobs to see the options - this is particularly useful for the filter modes.
