The V-Station is a polyphonic soft-synth for Mac and PC. It has the same real 3-oscillator flexibility as the award winning K-Station, with powerful filters, 8-voice polyphony, simultaneous Novation FX.

Programming V-Station is simple. All the primary controls are on the main screen. Recall a named factory preset, tweak it and instantly save it in any of the 400 program locations. You’ll find additional functions and controls on three further tabs.

+ fixed an uninitialised variable causing audio spikes, predominantly with the AU version.

Systems supported:
+ Mac: OSX 10.5.8 (PPC & Intel) & 10.6.3 and above (Intel Snow Leopard running 32 bit mode only).

+ Windows: XP SP3 32 bit, Vista 32 bit, Win7 32 bit & Win7 64 bit

Systems NOT supported:
OSX 10.4 (Tiger) is no longer supported and OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) running 64 bit mode is not currently supported.

a 'hypothetical' future version 2.0 of 'V-Station', which, by the way,
is not yet available, at least within the 'Official' Novation Website,
hence my use of the word 'hypothetical'.

But what intrigues me the most is to know where you got this new
version 2.0, because the version proposed here is only the 'v1.72',
which, by the way, it's not still available within the 'Official' Novation Website ! (At this time, only the 'v1.70' is available).
And you (maybe with a 'magic wand' ?), you find a way to not only get
a version that doesn't still exist (at least officially !), and which by
this fact, doesn't allow to know whether this new version incorporates
a new 'authorization procedure', then to 'authorize' it with an old Keygen...
I must admit that it leaves me speechless !

V-Station 2.0 beta is available for download on Novation webstite (google is your friend).
True that it has new authorization via keyfile (it's tied to hardware) but you can get your keyfile by entering any of serial numbers from keygen on first run. I've authorized it on three computers already. However nothing exciting there just a few bug fixes, 64 bit + vst3 + rtas.
Kookaboo, I'll be waiting for your eye-tearing skin of V-Station 2.0 since the old one is looking boring.

I just found a 'v2.0 BETA' version thanks to you and 'Google',
but not provided by 'Novation' ! no

'Novation' also states (within their 'Download Section') the 'v1.7'
as 'last-in-date' version, whereas it's in the fact the 'v1.72' as so well stated by 'Captain_Future'. wink
It seems that some external people know better than the developer itself what's going on with their own versions ! rofl
