anybody else having issues with noise playing? uninstalled and cleaned everything a few times but nothing. noise stops playing if i open the plugins windows. ableton, win10.

no issues here with Windows 11 Cubase (DAW none admin).
I uninstalled a mixture of different teams with Windows own uninstaller, cleaned with CCleaner Tools> Registry (Scan for Issues) and installed the main previous release with this update and no noises here with plugins open or closed. Is it all of them that make noise? VST2 or VST3?

I don't know how I did it but I Installed the full package from here v2025.06.1 from TCD on Windows 11 24H2 but this update and other TCD recent releases fail to install. I get the error - An error occurred while trying to read the source file: Out of memory. Any help please.
