try Winstep Nexus Bar, you can create a Extra Button that can Hide/Unhide the Windows Bar.

No more Taskbar appearing if bumping the mouse to the bottom of Cubase or Studio One on accident.

Same for any other software, where you can touch the bottom of the screen quick while working.

If Taskbar is hidden, its truly gone until you click the Hide/Show Taskbar Button again.
