I believe there are more guitarist in the world then keyboardplayers as it is very hard to find a keyboardplayer especially one who can really play.
And there is keyboard chords software developed many just do a google and then BUY it as Gulliver said :)

There's no need for such a program for keyboards.
If you know a little bit about music theory, you can easily construct every thinkable chord on a piano, including every possible inversions.

So for example, if you know that a C9 chord consists of the notes C, E, G, Bb, and D, you will find in seconds how to play it on the piano.

Of course this is also possible on a guitar, but so much harder, though, then on a piano.

So I would advise all to learn a little bit music theory instead, that will do you no harm anyway, and can just be useful.

To the folk asking about similar tool for keyboards. Dunno if this is exactly what you're after, but I've found it very useful over the years.
