Yup & I found out that running cpu at high too many times shortens the life. Especially if it's not cooled.

Try "Boundary Pad" with 4+ notes for instance, it won't even play without crackles here, maybe something is up with particular system though

I tried using six voices, and while it goes pretty high, I didn’t experience any crackles or stutters during playback. I also saw some people mention that presets load slowly—yes, they do, but I recently installed the Ableton 12.2 beta, and surprisingly, it fixed my preset loading issue.

CPU utilization in S1 goes up until about 45-60% but no crackles. AMD Ryzen 5800X3D, 32 GB RAM, Audient ID4 USB Audio Interface.

That's the problem - although your computer is obviously faster it's still pretty ridiculous the synth uses that much of CPU for some modest sounding pad. Frankly I can't name any other existing synth that's that demanding. Sloppy programming I guess.

I wasn't at all impressed by this synth either, and no way am I wasting my CPU on something that eats CPUs but doesn't sound better than many free VSTs...

I have some lagginess with the controls when using a mouse. It's a monster of a synth & sounds amazing, probably quite a lot of oversampling. Maybe an eco mode and a way to offload to multicores like you can with Diva would help along side tweaks to the cpu usage. But i don't think this thing is ever going to be kind to your cpu.

I have used many releases from Audioz through the years, never had an issue . No matter the complexity of the crack or the things I had to do in order for it to work. However, in this case I give up. There is no way I can make this crack work, at least to my knowledge. From the moment I open the vst3 it asks for a licence. I installed, uninstalled with Revo, also installed standalone (sometimes you have to register standalone first), used keygen as admin, nothing works (win 10, tested in Studio One, Cubase, Ableton)

Big ups to RET. The comment is about the title, and not for any other reason. TCD release was tested in multiple ways, both with open access to net and without, both before and after release. Multiple times. Considering the changlelog, one of the items they fixed HAS to be responsible for any woes, if they existed in reality in the first place, at all - considering that the installer deletes all iterations of existing plugins of the same name.

If it was an honest mistake, I implore the community yet again to refrain from blaming this, that or the other thing. Nobody, no team, no software engineer, no company and no musician is perfect. However, placing blame (on audioz) has proven time and time again to bear ill fruit.

Saying there is an issue is cool. Blaming for that issue, is not, unless you are more than beyond certain such as if a changelog had been provided.

There is TCD release of this, but the site is being careful by not auto trusting a "new" account, as per the site's communications. Rock on.

When you install it seems like it "deleted" any fav presets you had set in earlier version.
