Hmm, "pure digital" you say and what were you expecting in a digital domain? Not so pure digital or very very dirty digital?

Horses for courses.

Serum has an awful preset database system and isn't unique in terms of sound capabilities either.

I honestly just use third party preset packs. I might do some slight tweaking here & their but I don't like to waste too much time sitting there sound designing. Most presets by third parties sound way better for Pigments than serum. Serum is still an awesome sounding VST but I just don't reach for it in my plugins list as much as I used to.

"- Unwanted resources are no longer installed in the application folder"

I hoped that this means it doesn't install anymore the Arturia Software Center - unfortunately it still gets installed. Anyway, uninstalled and running, no issues so far.

Maybe you're right, guys, but I can't say anything negative about Arturia; I need to download and test it myself. These guys were always an exceptional company for us musicians.
That's the good side of this forum; we can test things out before anything else.

I love your releases Josenacha! They seem to run faster for me than the V.R ones. Especially ANALOG Lab. Havent had a crash since I downloaded your version & it even browses sound banks faster than V.R.'s version. Thank You again

Quick question: Do you use additional soundbanks? If so, do you use the Banks by V.R or the Banks by R2R?

I'm about to do a re-install of the V Collection and I'm pondering whether to install the soundbanks bundle by V.R or R2R.

If I had to decide, I would go with V.R. if you're talking about presets and collections of presets, like 10s of thousands of presets. V.R. is known for providing more presets than you can use in many of their releases. If you're talking actual applications/programs - R2R. But, I will opt for V.R WAVES release, and Bob Dule & vkDanilov KONTAKT & portable since those suit my workflow a bit better.

Can somebody help me, which folder to install it to when asked by the setup?

I have the V Collection by R2R, so I think, all Arturia stuff is located in C:\ProgramData\Arturia\

Would the correct folder to choose in the setup then be C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Pigments?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: This is what I did and it worked.

Hi guys,

is it possible to install Josenacha's Pigments over Arturia software installation R2R's version (Windows 10) ?
