Honestly, the Japanese at Yamaha never understood Brazilian percussion, the cuica and the whistle are the poorest thing I've ever heard, the rest was even useful at the time, but today, there are much better things.

But even so, Japaneses from Yamaha and Korg helped many home musicians, having always had better quality than the poor american Roland.
