I use the PE version all the time, by far my favourite OTT.
It's got a very classy sound, especially with the OS engaged.
I use it when I'm done processing the sound, but want to boost its presence a bit more. I start with the "subtle OTT" preset, put it to around 23% wet, slightly tune the thresholds for each band to find the sweet spots and then adjust the wet/dry again for the final dosage.
Once done, if you bypass it you just go "goddamn! And i thought this sound was done!" hahaha.

Cramit has a waveshaper after the dynamics section, as well as oversampling. In Cramit PE you can also choose between using 1, 2 or 3 bands, 12-24dB/oct min-phase or linear-phase crossovers, and it has an additional noise generator that dynamically responds to your signal.

Another good free OTT clone is Outobugi Dynastia. It has per-band saturation and stereo width.

Minimal Audio Squash is also good, but a bit different take on OTT. It has four bands instead of three, and instead of the regular OTT GUI it has an XY pad.

If you are a REAPER user you should also try the JSFX Not-OTT (NOTT) by Sai'ke. It's a 1-5 band OTT-style compressor with 12-24d/oct min-phase or linear-phase crossovers. You can use it in other DAWs as well with the help of YSFX (a host/wrapper for JSFX plugins).
