I need to make skins for the n5 too. I got some crazy ideas. I hope to finish at least by the end of the year, if not, I'll release it in January then.

Do you extracted Skin folder from rar file in Skins directory of Nexus 5. Because if it is not extracted in skins folder then it shows you a default skin. and you also Need to Install the latest version of Nexus 5 and that is 5.1.9. Extract all skin folders to this location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\reFX\NEXUS library\Skins\N5 Retro

Thanks for the explanation, I have tried a lot. I also have the latest V 5.1.9. I also had to rename the respective background.jpg images and copy them into the folder: Nexus Library -Skins-N5 retro- .thumbnails and replace them. Now the colors of the background in the skin browser are also the correct colors, which can then be selected

maheshinder Dhaliwal, if its possible, when you pack them, add them to a zip archive just like they are packed in the retro skins folder. Thanks!

I did all of this:
"Install the latest version of Nexus 5 (5.1.9).
Extract Skin folder from rar file in Skins directory of Nexus 5.
Extract all skin folders to this location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\reFX\NEXUS library\Skins\N5 Retro"
Then I clicked on the "N2 Retro" tab.

And after doing all of that, the "Skin Browser" link on the N5 menu is still greyed out.

I am running Reason 13.1 on a PC Laptop running Windows 10.

I don't know what else I can do...

Hi Soundstruct, dont extract the skin zip . you must place them as packet file inside the N5 retro folder.
