Looks great, but... This is what happens when developers get lazy and use sloppy pre-made libraries like JUCE...

WARNING for Windows users

I can confirm that the plugin installed by ZL.Equalizer-0.4.5-Windows.exe is highly likely to freeze the plugin & DAW on some machines, especially those without powerful CPU & GPU. Please try the installer ZL.Equalizer-0.4.5-Windows-Software.exe first. The Direct2D feature from the current JUCE version causes this issue. JUCE team is working on a fix.

it is an ambitious project.

There is nothing wrong with using existing JUCE libraries. That's the whole purpose of an audio plugin development framework like JUCE: to make audio plugin coding more efficient, including using existing building blocks for typical elements. I find this EQ fantastic and it's free!!!

I've encountered more faults and flaws with plugins built with JUCE and the like, than others. I love that such development platforms/frameworks exist to encourage creativity and new things, but there are more reliable ones out there. My issue is with JUCE as opposed to the developers who use it.

I was mainly trying to point out the fact that this particular release has known flaws (thanks to JUCE) so probably worth skipping and waiting for the next version. Also that there is an alternative installer available that may work better.
