The installer says RottenPoolVerb v1.3.0, while the binary version is v1.7.0. Considering from their previous version number and their way of versioning, v1.7.0 should be wrong. Probably value is copied from Rhino v1.7.0.

We are not sure if the fix the number continue using v1.7.x in the next update. We put v1.3.0 this time, which is larger than previous release and should be smaller than next updates.)
