Do we need to install the STEINBERG MEDIABAY to correctly see the presets in this version? Will this media bay interfere with R2R's emulator?

I just downloaded it and answered my own question reading the Nfo file, it says:

If you want to use MediaBay, install "Steinberg MediaBay" (not included in this release).

=> Without the installation, additional libraries don't show up in the Mediabay.
=> Even without the installation, you can still load any libraries from the Browser.

Still crashes Cubase 13 and 14 on high end computers (AAA gaming ones), official or not. Known bug. Never fixed.
Works in Studio One though... So it's a effing cubase bug.
EDIT : my bad, i did not fully uninstalled previous version
