This guy used to irritate me, then I saw through all of the hyper-energetic YouTube stuff and saw a guy who really just wanted to maintain his positivity and have fun making music.

Unless this is a crime, I support the guy. More should maintain his spirit through creativity rather than just being the doomer creator that can't hit the amount of views or likes he has. Our purpose as musicians is to make things we enjoy, not to expect others to enjoy it just because we do. Musicians have lost their humility in that aspect, I think.

I think you're over-estimating how many people on AZ have a YT channel, or how many couldn't care less about views/likes even if they have one.
Interesting side note? You don't have to be a "doomer" to find this guy annoying AF or see his marketing as obnoxious. If musicians have lost anything as a whole, it's tolerance for the six-billion-and-counting "legendary" producers trying to make money off of being hype-men and characters.
