ACSEMU is an emulator for Arturia Software Center Agent, their licensor app.

* It does not affect to legit ACS. Only R2R Arturia releases call ASCEMU.

* ACSEMU doesn't access to Arturia Server. Legit version connects to the server when plugin asks for data collection, getting purchasable content, license sync functions.

* With the emulation, Arturia apps work more accurate like original one. We still need to patch hardcoded SHA512 stuff for mathematical reason though!

v1.3.0 - New x64 SSE2/AVX2 optimizaed binaries are now available. Fixed too-many-presets issue in AnalogLab.

So? what does it means? Better keep the older one and maybe update ASCEMU2 when the new synth collection will come out? I don't want to update it if i'm not sure that will work with the collection already installed.

You can update it without any problem. It is an emulator improvement that will be required in the future.

I was unsure about this with the last v1.2 ASCEMU2 update. It works fine. I revo-uninstalled v1.1, then installed v1.2, and everything works. Will follow the same process with this to update to v1.3.
