This "DVD2" is what Magix defines as "Extension Pack".
These are all extra programs and add-ons for Sequoia 16.
Everything that matters for Sequoia 16 is on Disc 1 plus the 16.8 Patch.
In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice, they're not.

Sequoia will be released separately, as also stated by decibelle. And it's just pure logic. These are the "addon" files, not necessary to run the program itself.

So far and until NFOs are properly written, these uploads are useless mostly because all these files are available for fast and free download from Magix's Pro Audio Downloads.

IF and WHEN further explanation appears by the "Witch" or R2R or someone tells us these uploads are different from Magix's official files, until then these are completely useless as you can download the same, faster, directly from Magix.
