How to access 3d immersive extension. Can someone guide. Or it does required mandatory 7 track to open it

This depends on the DAW you are using and the format you want to create. In Nuendo, create a track in the desired format (e.g. 7.1.2) for the upmix, import a stereo track, for example, and activate NUGEN Halo for this track.
