A witch says,

Premium contains all Effects and Applications. Legacy (Not updated 32bit ones for more than 10 years) are not included.

----------------------------------------

We found that our r8brainPRO release in 2023 contained internal beta keygen which randomly generates invalid serials except for r8brainPRO. This release contains good one as we expected. Just re-register all with our keygen to renew licenses.
For macOS, you need to remove previous ones before inputing new ones.

No way! Who else here thinks this was definitely unexpected?

Thanks funtime and R2R!

I wonder if Voxengo will change the protection scheme again after this

Using their polarity rotator plugin combined with Sound Radix Auto-Align v1, I discovered a way to near-perfectly centre a snare drum in an overhead stereo image under the scrutiny of a Goniometer. The same can be done with a kick drum. It's just time-alignment plus polarity correction, but using Voxengo's polarity rotator plugin allows for fine-tuning that Auto-Align doesn't cater too by itself.

You could just, you know, move it a few samples left or right by eye.
Oh well. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

You're oversimplifying what I'm talking about, and the results are nowhere near the same.

also time. artists want mixes back now, ideally yesterday. Little tasks like that add up when youre on the spot

That's a time management and people management factor.

How you deal with your customers, and the quality of the work you choose to provide your customers, is 100% your choice.

If they want their music β€œyesterday” and that requires you to provide lesser quality work to meet their schedule, then it's your choice whether you agree to those circumstances. It's okay to say β€œno” to an artist who cannot organise themselves and then has unrealistic or compromising expectations of you.

Long term, integrity, and quality is more important than accepting any job for some quick cash and providing half-arsed work. I've done this, and I wish my name was not attached to those specific jobs. It shames me.

youre not wrong by any means and to some degree I agree. I very much prefer never to rush my personal works. That being said, majority of the prominent mixers these days are doing 1-3 mixes a day, full rate, with schedules that are full sometimes as far as 3 months out.

Also working fast doesnt imply its half assed. if anything its an exercise in making smarter more beneficial mix decisions. Theres always gonna be projects ur left unhappy with thats just part of the work. not everything is selected credits material. What matters most is that the artist leaves happy. As long as thats the case, you should never feel ashamed even if u hate the song personally.

Elephant can be more musical and transparent, while keeping the punch and low end intact better than all the popular limiters with the right setting, when Fabfilter was doing research to develop Pro-L2, the only limiter they didnt know how it work was Elephant.

TEOTE is a better Gulfoss in everyway. From sound (Gulfoss has this artifical high end boost that you cant get rid off), to features.

Peakbuster has no alternatives. Its a very natural transient booster/softener with a unique saturation/coloration, you can put it on the master and it stills sound good. It also has a spectral mode that makes sound stand out in a busy mix. This thing's algo is very smart, nobody really know how it works.

SPAN need no introduction.

OVC128 is a clipper with 128x oversampling but really low CPU. If you want that hardware converter clipping sound to get louder mixes, this is it. According to the dev, SRC quality is what make the sound with hard clipping. Luckily Voxengo also makes the best sample rate converter on the market (R8brain Pro, the algo is also licensed to Reaper)

Deft/Marquis/Crunchessor are 3 compressors that have really unique attack curves that you cant really get anywhere else. They are perfect to get punchy drums.

Powershaper is a really good sounding distortion plug thats doesnt thin out the lowend, you can put this on drums and it can get crunchy without destroying the punch. Really good on bass too (actually for everything).

HarmoniEQ is basically a mastering tube EQ in the box, it has saturation and dynamic options for the boosted band, with an extra unique saturation algo in the output stage.

LF Max Punch is a better Rbass , PHA-979 is a realtime phase rotator which is crucial for kick & subbass relationship. MSED (Free) is one of my most used plugin, its a mid/side balancer and panner.

fun fact i learned recently: the famous Fabfilter Pro-Q GUI with the band dragging that everybody know, Voxengo actually made it first with GlissEQ (2004), pretty sure he was the first one to do it.

Thanks to AZ, i got to try every plugins from all the big companies (also demod the UAD native stuff) and Voxengo is one of the best on the market, right next to DMG, TDR, Tone Projects, Klanghelm and Cytomic.

Sorry for the long post.

Damn! Thank you so so so much for this big amount of information... I really took the time to read each line carefully because I know it took you loads of time testing and selecting only the best plugins... I'm in the same position. I just want to clean my plugin folder and have the best and/or essentials... I love TDR / VoS, they're sooo sooo good and sooo underated!! And what about Cytomic, just amazing... I'm not very much into Tone Projects and Klanghelm... will check them later, but back in time I used few stuff from them and yes, they're small but amazing developers... I'm with you about Cytomic, they are just amazing!! And only have few pieces!! Can't imagine in the future if they put hands together to develop more amazing tools (like an EQ or something).

My 2024 go-to are: FF, Overloud, the new PSPaudioware stuff, Pulsar Audio EQ's and I'm into debate between the UVI Dual Delay and/or another tool... from Waves literally the only thing I use is the Lil Tube, I like it!! Better than Softube saturator, in my ears.. but probably will find here a better replacement that takes only few moments to load instead of 10+ seconds of each Waves plugin. And of course all the PA cool stuff!!

Has batch install worked for anyone? It tells me the system can't find the path specified. Ran as admin, and inside cmd w/ elevated permissions. No go.

Worked charmly, here. No admin-right execution admitted for bats inside a non-writable media (a mounted .iso, for example).
  Member 6.04.2018 159

Hmm.. I tried copying the ISO files to a new folder and running it from there, too-- no luck.

That's ok. It's not much of a pain to install one-by-one. The keygen registration works flawlessly either way.

Some of the best audio tools I've used. Elephant is so good that I sometimes reach for it before Limitless. The utility plugs are great too, but I think Voxengo really shines when it comes to saturation.

Agreed.

About the installation process..., did you try simply clickin' on the bats of your choice?, I mean, not as Admin. By the way, the folders structure must remain as it is when you get into the mounted .iso (or extracted from there), eg.; E:\Plugin , inside must be the "Installer" folder and the .bats. I mention this 'cause many of us use to change those structure/paths, I'm that kind of twister...

yep, tried that way first. no biggie-- these installations run right 99% of the time for me, including the various no-installs from the tracker site. thanks for your help Avenocturn0!
