x64: SAL, AAX, VST3, VST2 | x86*: SAL, VST3, VST2

*In the installer checkbox options, there is a selection to
specificall install the x86 standalone to an x64 operating system.
If you choose it, you unlock a special bonus feature that
has the icon as red. This makes it so you can easily distinguish
between the architectures, if you use both to test going mad
simulataneously - or just for distinction if you're a slow poke.
You get the idea and why, hopefully. It is boss, not for nothing.

Just install! All data folders that are needed inside of plugin
folders are symlinked to the ProgramData data folder for the product,
similar to other teams' installs of Blue Cat Audio software. On this
one, there's only one way to rock. Have you heard of that before?

V2.68 July 03, 2024

-New option to disable "suspend processing on silence" for plug-ins that do not report tail size properly (such as Valhalla plug-ins).
-Added .aif files support in built-in audio player.
-Reduced GPU usage under MacOS Sonoma, now that Apple has fixed the performance issue (Sonoma 14.3 and newer required).
-Fixed Mix parameter not always properly recalled when loading a preset.
-Fixed an issue with stuck MIDI notes with some VST3 plug-ins.
-Fixed a potential issue with VST3 plug-ins using unicode characters in parameter names and values.
-Fixed a crash with some VST3 plug-ins requiring inputParameterChanges (such as Martinic plug-ins).
-Fixed crash on Apple Silicon and wrong preset names on other platforms when loading VST3 plug-ins that define presets without names (such as FabFilter plug-ins).

Does this version provide third-party (Nebula/Acustica) plugin integration to oversample?

Yes, you can oversample at x2 x4 x8 x16, each plugin individually ,in a whole chain.

Very useful if you work at 48khz and R2R version based on demos, which contain only 44.1 and 96.

The only bluecat-ware that I actually find useful. This would be a slam dunk if it worked equally well with AAX.

THANK YOU!

i also use gain knob quite a lot, and acoufiend is one of the very few feedback plugins available, and it sounds convincing enough, particularly in a mix. re-guitar i've also used a couple of times, it's useful in some instances. the chorus i find overcomplicated to use, and make sound right. i don't remember if i've used their tremolo.

Try softube Acoustic Feedback
I use it to cover some Anathema songs (using Fernandez Sustainer).

Put some "orange squeezer" compressor or similar "sustain" compressor just before it.

This has been a favorite plugin since it's inception, I use a very minimal setup and this is indispensable.
