Just install - same AppID as previous release.
If you are choosing any other language to install for the
PDF files, and your language is missing for a particular
plugin as per manufacturer, then the English manual will
be installed instead. Basically, just choose your language
and you will get available for you + English when missing.

Regarding the new Fairuz release (not-beta) version:
There were 28 presets in the official installer copied
over the existing presets, in the installer script.
In total, there are still 33 presets though and
fairly sure the difference is presets from Durk Diggler.
Fairuz manual is now available for German and Japanese,
in addition to the already-existing English. Install
as always, as per above.
Regarding the new P440 Sweet Spot in the v2.0+ realm:
They changed the manual name. Nothing for you to do, as
all iterations of the old manual are deleted at install.
New presets are added by Pulsar Modular in addition to
the old existing ones.
Regarding the new P565 Siren Filter Set in the v3.0+ realm:
17 new presets have been added for a total of 82
