Basically, yes. ACMT plugins are a bit modernised version of Overtone plugins made by same developer. I wonder why he changed the name of his company. Maybe he and his partner went separate ways or something. Anyway, the ACMT ones use vectorised GUIs instead of BMPs. Audio quality... I can't tell the difference. This EQ specifically is better quality and more versatile than before.
