UBERVERB is a x64 VST3 reproduction of the original 1986 algorithmic reverb, all the original algos were recreated using the exact same topology from the original, including some others not present in the original (like the classic BLOOM) You have access to a vast variety of room sizes, from small, medium, large, extra-large and even bloom for ambient atmospheres. Also included is the reproduction of the frequency response of the original unit, and also the noise. The original unit was well known for its classic sound heard on thousands of records, like 90’s warp.
You can disable/enable (harmonic distortion/frequency response/noise) with "HD", "ADC" "NOISE" buttons.

note: windows only
( mac version is not possible at the moment since flowstone only exports to windows.)
tested in fl studio
win 10

The original Alesis Midiverb Hardware sounds much more alive and clearly has it's own style & character, while this reproduction sounds somewhat flat and cloudy to me. Still not completely bad and maybe worth a try for some ppl.

I wish it allowed you to select a program instead of clicking the up and down buttons to reach the desired programs/presets.
I don't want to click 44 times to get to patch 44- it does not even allow you to go back from 0 either. And this is a literal preset-oriented fx unit.

Fu**ing ridiculous and terrible user experience IMO

EDIT: I am on REAPER 7.16 running on Windows 10 (no way to navigate presets within Reaper FX window either)
OK. Hmm. Zzz

What makes you think I did not?

Lots of folks here read the comments while trying the software /plugins (sometimes developers themselves) and this might be a major issue for them.

My 0.0 €cts suggestion:

Most DAWs includes a preset system which saves all the settings of any plugin.

In Cubase for ex. the settings are save in *.vstpreset files located in your "Documents\VST3 Presets" folder.

So this way you can export all the internal presets of your plugin, one by one, then retrieve them faster and more conveniently using your DAW interface.

Of course you can also also use the old system .fxp / .fxb to do the same thing, it depends entirely of the DAW you use. Consult the manual / online help to know more.

the problem if this is your first plugin, then you need to code everything first and this takes time and also brain power. i thought about that too a while ago and if you write down a concept for a plugin, then you soon realize the DSP code takes not that long, but there is so much around that. preset system, browser, savestate of the plugin and recalling, etc the stuff, which makes dealing with the plugin easier.

im sure the dev is aware of these nice features and if its going well - will add them.

Never save as VST3 presets in Cubase. When you update plugin all presets becomes trash and none of them working anymore.

I didn't knew that, I updated to C13 (Thanks R2R!), and my old *.vstpresets are still working...

But in this case, we could always save as *.fxp, for what I know Reaper handles these files nicely... But C13 insist in always saving as *.VSTpreset...

It reads them (the *fxp/fxb) perfectly anyway, but unless I'm wrong, I don't see a way to do that in Cubase... Only Reaper for now.

When i updated i lost thousands of UVI Falcon, Izotope VocalSynth, STL Tones amp sim plugins, U-HE Zebra, Diva etc. presets also many old projects dont load plugins newer versions, it shows missing plugin warning. I'm using Cubase for more than 30 years and these are biggest sheets about Cubase. I dont recommend FXP/FXB either, my advice is save everything as plugins own formats if possible.

Turn off the HD, ADC and Noise (or turn them ON if you like it, I didn't). Set the Input to the minimum possible, 0.01 or something, set output to max or 99.9%. That way the reverb sounds bearable, clearer, better definition, imaging and much much better, smoother high end.

I think the unit was meant to be used at instrument level no ?
