You should comment only matters related to the content of each post.

On an other hand, there is a request section where you can create a post with your own requests.

You can access it using the menu at left:
NAVIGATION
>> submit new post
Once creating your post you'll see a list of categories on the right side, select "Request"

The description is perhaps poorly worded. The TC update releases contain ALL the plugins that have actually been UPDATED since the last VR release. Not ALL have been UPDATED. In fact, some had not even been released as of the last VR release. So install full VR release then install this TC UPDATE release and you will have ALL the current versions of ALL Audiority plugins.
