This was the channel control I was always looking for when I started mixing. I've been using it for years now, and it's in every one of my templates, channel-topper chains, and I also might have it hot-keyed. It's lite-weight and savage useful for all the basic channel functions, but it's also fully capable of in-depth per-track panning if you're trying to nail down the positioning and sit it in the stereo field precisely, but don't want to (or don't need to,) break open a full-on stereo field plugin. Other plugins can do these things but they all have downsides to them, in my less-than-humble-opinion, whether it's high CPU usage, stunted features, etc. TrackControl does everything I need, plus it's sexy, black, and resizable.
(Come on DMGAudio... I plugged you... now where are my free licenses?!?! )

I double-checked just to be sure, pogansky, and my bank account reflects that it's free. Additionally, DMG Audio never pesters you with emails, and so far as I can tell, they haven't sent tracking bots to monitor my activity... though, if they have, I imagine that the bots have been rendered effectively inert from the mind-numbing amounts of pornography that gets funneled through my PC. Three steps ahead, my friend, three steps ahead...

Their protection nulls audio through the plugin if there's no license in your registry, so I'm guessing that the license didn't take, or if it did, there's a conflicting registry key. I always use RevoUninstaller to make sure I wipe everything, also helps to know where devs have stuff located in case you need to troubleshoot later.

ALL dmg "track" plugins stopped working suddenly from the last R2R bundle. Does not seem to effect the rest of the pack, just those. Ran revo, cleaned everything In could find that says DMG and reinstalled ran auth gen many times, same result.
Ideas anyone?

After a full uninstall, run regedit, then go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > DMGAudio
and delete the entire folder. This worked for my buddy, who had the R2R bundle, and then went legit with the two DMGAudio plugins he wanted, and this registry deletion was necessary before the legit licenses would stick. Boz has a similar deal where you can't mix-'n-match legit and cracked plugins as well, not if the cracks include registry changes.

Thanks for the advice, but that is the first thing I did. There is nothing in my registry that is related to "DMG Audio" or "DMGAudio". The whole package was working a week ago when I last worked on the project I was using them on, now they don't pass audio. I'm using VST3. Only the "Track" plugins don't work. All of the other ones work fine. Forgot to mention my system previously. Win 10 Pro 22H2 19045. 42170 Intel i7-3930k 3.2 GHz, 33 Gig Ram. I remember there was someone who figured this out before when it happened, and I made note of it at the time, unfortunately the drive that note was on crashed a while ago. LOL.

Haha, we're running the exact same rig. You got 8GBs VRAM too? GTX1070 8GB? I think you're the only person I've come across running a 3930k; they're solid AF, even in this era. PC geek-ery aside, that's odd that you don't have it in your registry. I've seen issues with DMGAudio legit/cracked around before, so maybe go through the previous releases from... '20-'21? Seems like there was some info that came from trial and error-ing fixes around that time... maybe. Also, I'd assume there's an AS thread with some info. I think that's the best I can do for you though; if I think of anything I'll let you know. Good luck.

Haha! My vid is a GTX1050 so ya got me beat there. I'm on an Asus px97 pro board as well, you? Yeah, overall I am still content with my rig too. With DMG, I tried a 2021 release last night and same issue present. Licenses show in registery, but plugin is not seeing them for Track plugins only. I guess I'll just have to find an alternative until a fix is released. FYI both team releases behave the same, so I suspect a bomb is in there that got triggered somehow not labeled as DMG I can't seem to find. They were all running fine since release/install in October 2023, so definitely something has been triggered. I'll keep researching around the time you mentioned and see what I can find. Thanks for the assistance.

Got the track plugins working !!! Found an old post saying open GL is buggy and a link to the public beta page at the DMG audio site for reg mod to disable. Now it works fine. Apologies to both teams, your work is stellar as always.
