VBR 320kbps OGG Vorbis

So technically a FLAC will be better than a 320kbps MP3, since there is some quality loss converting from OGG to MP3

Frankly, nobody who cares about lossless quality would investigate how to rip songs from Spotify

Yes, it has quality loss. Everything it download has an LPF at 16 Khz.

Here's a free website I found that quickly rips songs from Spotify while maintaining the original 320kbps OGG Vorbis format:
https://doubledouble.top/

Sadly, it doesn't add album art to the file, so you will have to do that manually for each song. When I try to download an entire playlist, it will spit out an error after a while.

Alternatively, use https://spotifydown.com/
This converts the music to 320kbps MP3 (so technically doesn't preserve the original quality, but close enough). There you can download entire playlists (just create a temp playlist for all the songs you want to download) as a zip file, with all the artwork included. Much faster, safer and more convenient than any software I've used so far.
