I must be missing something. You have to have their content installed to use it at all?

I thought I was supposed to be able to load entire sample packs?!?!

So far nothing in the manual lines up with the plugin for me.

You can only drag and drop single samples. There's no folder structure mentioned in the manual.

I'm guessing it detects the demo content just fine, but I have no use for their content.

Has anyone else found out how to add 3rd party sample packs?

So it doesn't recognize 3rd party packs. You can drag and drop single samples and that's about it.

I got it to scan a sample folder, but only because I moved my samples from my usual spot to its user samples folder and it still only pulls 1 sample.

While there's plenty of utility in this plugin, not being able to feed it an address to your own samples kind of leaves it dead in the water.

1 by 1 on my system at least, which is so tedious you'd be better off with a number of other plugins that handle sample management much better.

It wouldn't do you much good to build a kit piece by piece if the plugin cannot recall those samples later.

Also just to clarify, Wave Alchemy seems like a pretty decent company and so far they have been very responsive regarding issues with other products and have even reached out in multiple forums in order to help people. In my opinion, the issues with this plugin are just a speed bump at the moment

Audio export in Ableton 12 doesn't work. It says "either the file is defect or not licenced" when I try to drag it out of the export window.

For those who have problems adding third party samples:
I installed the full library (different post), put my samples in the user samples folder (inside the full library folder) and hit the refresh icon in the samples window in Triaz. Works fine.

Just the folders drag and drop into user library after the installation of the full content library. Did you press the refresh button (two circulating arrows) in the sample window in triaz next to the search bar over "Libraries"?

Found a way to add User Samples to the Library.

create a "User Samples" folder inside the content folder (next to Triaz Expansions, IR Files etc folders). Copy your sample folders into it, symlink works too. It needs some folder structuring as well for the Tags, I don't quite understand it just yet but here's a screenshot : LINK
