Callybeat ForkHz x64 VST VST3 WiN [FREE] screenshot
11/07/2023 | x64 VST VST3 WiN | 24 MB
ForkHz is a parametric equalizer and effector with modulation options of up to 64 steps.

ForkHz goes beyond a simple equalizer due to the possibility of creating step modulations in filters, bands, gain and pan. This opens up the possibility of experimenting in a very agile way without the complex of confusing and tedious setups for the modern musician. Headphone equalization is also included to easily adjust the frequency responses to optimize them.

More models and brands will be added with each update:

Experiment creating bursts of treble.
Extreme panning with surround dynamics.
Energizing and dynamic pumps by adjusting the gain.
Slowly moves a filter while there are panning shots and rampant gain bouncing around.
Be as creative as ForkHz allows you.
Main features:

10 useful bands to make adjustments in the mix.
1 low pass filter.
1 Low Shelf pass-through filter.

I've been buying a few of these multi-modulation things recently. Infiltrator is probably my favorite. But I also like Caelum Audio Flux Pro. There is a 50 percent off sale on that one at the moment for the next 10 days. Another really good one is Lunatic Audio Narcotic. I wouldn't pay the full 100 bucks or whatever it costs, but for the 30 bucks I paid for it, it's actually really good.

Another good multi-fx with some insane modulation options is Rob Papen's Distort 2. It comes with a bigger interface now and a load of presets and it's pretty wild what you can do with it (not just distortion). I also have ShaperBox with a couple of the modules but I'm going to upgrade to the full set when there is a sale on next. You get a better discount more modules you have. I recently got the Time module free from buying some stuff at pluginboutique.

I'm pretty much covered for this kind of stuff. I own Camel Audio CamelPhat and CamelSpace as well, which to this day I still use. I got a tip from Drum and Bass Producer 'Optical' that CamelPhat has a built in clipper/limiter set to '0', so you can use that plugin without any fx at all and it's kind of like a 'safety' thing for your channel. I assume CamelPhat does that as well, but I haven't checked.

I'm becoming a bit more selective with these multi fx plugins as I already have so many great ones, but this one looks as if it is definitely worth a spin. If you are looking for a good old free one there is one called 'Scuzzphut 6v2' - it's a lot like Camelspace in what it can do for your sound. It used to be free but it can be a bit hard to find. Well worth it though.
