Algonaut Atlas v2.3.4 Incl Patched and Keygen-R2R screenshot

Algonaut has announced the release of a massive update to its Atlas software designed to turn samples into music.

The Atlas 2 drum machine and sample manager brings new features such as a fast and powerful Drum Sequencer, Sample Variation/Humanization engine, and a new Content Browser that makes managing and recombining drum kits and sequencers easy. On top of this there are hundreds of smaller improvements to every aspect of the original Atlas.

In particular the Drum Sequencer has been built from the start to be fast but flexible. The idea was to take the workflow-speed of traditional step-sequencers (like the much-loved FL-Studio one), but give it the extra flexibility of piano-roll editors when you need it. Get that idea down fast while it’s fresh. then tweak in all the little flourishes that make a beat really come alive.

The new Content Browser shines once you’ve got a few beats. Easily bring in patterns or sounds from other beats, remake and remix them, and build a library that sounds like you. Sometimes you want to just sit down and jump straight into trying song ideas and Atlas is now the fastest way to do that while maintaining your own style.

At the start of 2020 I set a personal goal to create a beat every single day in Atlas 2 while it was being developed. Many of the beta testers did the same. The result was hundreds of major and minor improvements along the way. Sometimes a button was too hard to click, or a feature was not accessible enough, or even some feature that seemed like a good idea on paper was just bloat in reality. It all got tweaked, finessed, or fixed.

The XO - XLN Audio company has stolen its interface from this program (let's say, been inspired by it). One word: legendary.

yeah, its frustrating how XO ended up becoming much more popular, especially when Algonaut is an indie company and the dev is one of the nicest people ive ever met in the business. Not that XO isn't a good software and has it's own nice features but Atlas 2 deserves way more love.
be kind :)

Being more popular doesn't mean anything. They only make more money, but they have tarnished their prestige in the market as "thieves," and that's an undeniable fact. On the other hand, if they had made a reference to Atlas in the interface section when promoting the XO program, they could have been a much more reputable company that strives to present their users with what is good, drawing inspiration from wherever it exists. XO has destroyed all its respectability. My condolences. Thieves have no place in my life.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. To be fair, XLN aren't the only ones to use this layout/interface. Waves has their version: Cosmos. If it's not copy-protected, it's not an act of thievery, but I respect your feelings on the matter. I agree that Atlas is superior, though. The ability to make your own "maps" is enough to put it ahead in my book.

The XO - XLN Audio is one of the leading companies in the market (although it may have lost its prestige and cannot recover). Therefore, I want to emphasize that I am quoting. Just like in the example of a car company, such as Mercedes, when a new spark plug is invented, the company pays millions of dollars in royalties to the university that made the invention, and the end user is unaware of this. XO - XLN Audio should have disclosed which algorithm it used as the underlying infrastructure and/or where it drew inspiration from, even if it did not pay royalties.

Algaunat didn't come up with it either. They took it from Google who came up with the idea first. However, Algaunat was the first one to make it onto a plugin.

Batch reclassification? Could you explain what you mean by that?

So i think I'm being dense here.

I have run the installer, run a scan in Ableton and added it to channel.
It produces a Atlas login/activate screen.
I open the keygen (in a Win11 sandbox), enter a bogus email address and get the "Product has been registered!" message.

There is no password for me to enter those details into Atlas - what have i messed?

Cheers

Yo. Keygen says registered but the vst3 gui says I need to enter email and password. Have I missed something? Help

Update. The Vst 2 is fine as is the standalone, but the vst3 throws up a login screen.

Hi guys, I need some help here! Im not able to render (or export) anything from the Sequencer. I have the factory content installed, and I have the AlgonautContent folder located within the same folder with my samples libraries. Everything seems to be working fine except for this. When I press Render (MIDI or Audio), nothing happens, nothing at all. It has never worked for me since I installed the Atlas a few days ago. I have been searching on the web for clues or something, but I dont find any, not even from Algonaut. Anyone?

Edit: Solved.
