How do you download more filters? It doesnt let me unless I install the latest version they are offering.

unfortunately the filters are downloaded one at a time from their website (even with the trial version) with a slow and very inconvenient process and they are over 13k...

So even if you want to download all of them (and take the risk to be online and connected to their servers) it's pretty much impossible or better say it's a very very long time-consuming process. Practically impossible like I said, since every time you want to add a new filter the program opens the internet browser which then opens the program check and update the list of filters and finally loads the filter and they are over 13000...

In fact they offer a companion product to this program,the Filter Library Backup, a single .zip containing all the library filters. Unfortunately it's not included in this release so if this library .zip won't be released later too, I don't think this program it's realistically usable at the moment. For now I have uninstalled the program but let's wait and see, as I wrote, maybe the companion library to this program will also be released later.

thanks for the detailed info. searched a bit and could see tons of people ranting about that shitty system filter forge is using.
but hey, it's R2R. so there's hope they will take care of that as well.

Finally could install, but bad news here. R2R version not working on Win10 Enterprise (1607).
Standalone process starts and runs but no GUI showing up or anything. Plugins are crashing and freezing both PS (CC18) and AffinityPhoto (v1.10). All processes have to be killed manually. Only happens with R2R, I can run the original trial (standalone & plugins) without any problems.
Also not possible to uninstall R2R version. Same here, process starts and runs but freezes and doesn't do anything. Had to re-install the original over it to be able to run the uninstaller.
So, bummer

Working fine for me on Win10 Pro 22H2 both standalone and in PS CS6.
It's OK but could really use the library backup mentioned above as there is only a small set of filters included in this package.

I did manage to find an older version of the filter library on another site - a search for Filter Forge PS Plugin Full Library June 2017 should find it

since i can't run the R2R version on my system i installed that one and it works perfectly. not v12 but i don't mind that. also tons of filters included, pretty much all i need.
