its a plugin thats desgined to run on your graphics card for resources. graphics cards are getting so powerful and almost everyone has them, but when you make music they just sit there and idle, instead of taking stress off of the CPU. The company aims to make plugins that help with that by making them use the GPU for the calculations instead.
