Hi, you can try to install "Run as administrator". I get that error very often and then try that, most times it will install then. Sometimes I have had to change the dir from where I install. Good luck :-)

Running OK on windows 10 and Reaper. As VR advises, be patient during the installation of the presets: It seems that it crashes, but after 10-15 minutes everything is fine.
