Wow, this is a plugin/synth i have never tested. Thank you Oly for the possibility to do so.

No VST3. But the VST2 is 64bit and works great in FL21. Nice!
And to all the haters, please add something of value or leave. This is a wonderful MOCHA release and we should appreciate their kindness to give us 199 dollar things for free. ...

This VST is at least 5 years old, just in case someone thinks that is a brand new thing.
I would call it Omnisphere for the poor ;-) It has a very similar concept as Omnisphere but the sound quality of Omnisphere is far better imho.

Probably not. It all depends on your personal preferences though.

I would definitely buy Arturia Pigments instead. Same price, many more features, more synthesis methods/oscillators etc. Pigments probably has less samples included (haven't checked), but I'd rather have a more powerful synth than more samples.

It's great to actually be able to try it without buying it since this synth has no demo/trial available. From what I can see it hasn't been available here before. Big thumbs-up MOCHA and Oly!

I thought this might be a synth by the guy who made Absynth and has gone out on his own since it was discontinued by Native Instruments, but it looks like something else altogether.

Random clicks in all presets, easy to hear in simple sounds. i don't have this issue with any other synth (Studio One 6, windows 10).
edit: it's not random there is a pop/click sound every 5.5 seconds for all presets

same thing i like the presets alot but man every single sound you get a crazy click or pop and it feels like there is some latency issues also.. i would definitely purchase this for like $40 or $50 but not at what they are asking for it.. and they would have to get all these bugs out because its unusable the way it is right now

Wow... Looking at the CPU usage in the video demo, all I can say is... what a resource hog. I didn't watch it all, but some of those patches make the CPU percent sky-rocket through the roof (into the high 60s)!

Too bad about the popping.
To me this is an easy and fun way to pitch modulators.
A GUI can make a big difference in how enjoyable a tool is and also how one uses it.
So many vsti are so powerful but the GUI so layered or complex that many functions are like secrets, particularly with modulation.
To hear (& see) the effects (or lack thereof) modulation so easily makes me want to use it.

I tested the VST3 version, in windows 10 and Reaper. It works perfectly.

Studio one 6, windows 10. i am using VST2 version (there is no option for vst3 when installing, it is only VST2 ,AAX and SAL, so I unchecked AAX and SAL). pops are are very easy to hear when selecting init preset.

no popping / disturbances for me WIn10, Live11...
BUT having considered buying this synth at BF I should say that I am really glad I did not.
Finding it rather uninspiring and clunky with drop outs of sound with every cable connections you make.. I mean really?
Also none of the controls are pre-mapped to make any automations. I can see why this is happening in meta-samplers like UVI or Kontakt. but here?
I am grateful to be able to test though! ;)
