When I try to run this, (in FL Studio, Windows 8.1), I get an error box, "FL64.exe - Entry Point Not Found', "The procedure entry point OpenThemeDataForDpi could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Steinberg\HALion 7.vst3\x86_64-win\HALion 7.vst3'.
Has anybody else had this problem? Is this for Windows 10 and 11 only?

No presets in fm synth. I found what the problem is, the Halion VST sound dose not install for some reason. Lucky for us the installler data is there and you can maually move it to : C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\HALion\VST Sound
Sound from the content folder from the installer data Content/Halion7/ VST sound copy and past and you will get the presets for FM Synth. P.S not fm lab pps. its not a registry problem, its a install erorr . Have fun.

possible to install Halion 7.0.10 without applying VR patch and use the silk emu and cert from R2R?

OK managed to fix this myself, by looking at the comments in the previous VR release.
1. installed SAM.
2. replaced license-engine-access.dll with the r2r one.
3. Halion 7.0.10 and VST Live 1.1.70.705 working now.
