i usually use it for sample mangling, but well 5.5 has antz gui so stop using it regularly.

I don't see how these frequent updates instill confidence in their customers. I suppose this is safer than, for instance, a car which every month needs to be recalled because the gas line leaks. or the brakes fail, or the hood suddenly flies open if you drive into a pothole.

Demo mean not patched generally

if it crash from previous version install, you can clean the cache before launch.
delete this folder or content to generate fresh files.

I cleaned the folder.
But the VST3 plugin still crash Studio One when dropped ...
And so it is blacklisted every time i try.

I don't know what to do ...

FIXED : i used roger_milford method (Native Access installed AND not run)

I used IObit uninstaller. Removed manually the whole native instruments catalog in Appdata/Local.

Installed - Patched it. Still says Licence DEMO and Serial ???

This happened in 7.1.6 aswell. And no i have never installed the portable version. I only use your kontakt versions ever.

Windows 11 - Cubase 12.0.52 Pro - VST3 and Stand alone same problem.

For those running into "DEMO" problems on Windows I had the similar problem on v7.1.6

I fixed it after a lot of troubleshooting by installing official Native Access but not running it. Seems the patcher needs that software installing to patch correctly. I reckon non of you running into 'DEMO' problems have that installed.

Do that install and run the patcher again and license should come up as "Full".
I'm running W10 but this should work on W11 also. Just don't run Native Access.
