You don't need an internet connection, you only need to have the network card enabled. If it's disabled the plug-ins won't work since Overloud's licenses are tied to your network cards MAC address.

Try enabling the network card and block Overloud's website in your hosts file instead.

Haven't used this plug-in for a couple of years. Maybe I'll have to give it a go again.

I recently played through a MarkBass Classic 300 and I was shocked how awesome it was! Although, the only other all-tube bass amps I've played through are the Mesa 400 and Ampeg PF-50 so I can't say that I have that much experience with tube bass amps. I thought it sounded great eitherway :) Shame they don't make them anymore.
