Fixed a faulty patch that could lead to not keep added / hidden libraries


Release Info:
- Automatic 'Add Library Tool' installation integrated into the setup launcher.
- Offline Installation of Updated 'NativeAccess.xml' integrated into the setup launcher
(a backup of the old NativeAccess.xml will be created automatically).
- Disabled calling home - tracking data cannot be sended, even if it's enabled in the options.
- Creator Tools 1.5.1 (R1) included - check the 'Extras' folder
- Added a Black Screen Fix for users with old Graphics cards - check the 'Extras' folder

- R2R's Kontakt works like the legit one. You can add libraries and play around.
- Bobdule's Kontakt works the same but without Keygen
- r4e's Kontakt is fully unlocked and allows to edit/modify protected libraries
You can also load custom libraries and calling home is disabled so no tracking data gets sended.

It should work, just try it. But it's better to use this stable version instead a beta to resave your libraries. Patches are the same.

1.- You can edit and save protected patches.
it's not the same as
2.- You can resave libraries to decrypted ones

Please send me one of the libraries (or a link to one) in a pm you want to resave to decrypted and I'll investigate how I can get it working. In the previous post I used the info file from an old 6.x release where this was possible & I thought the patches may still be working. Deleted that line in this release for now but I'd love to bring back that function... but I need one of those libraries you're talking about for this.

Check on any protected library.
1. Decrypt nkx\nkr containers (you know how to do it)
1. Open any .nki file., and save it.
3. Remove the library registration data.
4. Open the saved .nki file. (it will open in "DEMO" mode) This should not happen.
Saving (or Batch Re-save) should completely remove the
protection from the file.
The "DEMO" mode will appear only when opening a file in the licensed version of Kontakt. I tried it on the beta version. But I am sure that this one will have the same result.

Will see what I can do. Already found a way to unlock loading patches from not registered libs but when applying this, it works with protected and non protected patches the same way.
But a fact is: if you save a patch with samples separately, it loads correctly in full mode. The patch file is also 30-40% smaller than the original file so some data is left out while saving or it has better compression, idk.

Maybe I didn't read everything correctly (very likely) - but how exactly do you add custom libraries? I've managed to load everything else, but can't seem to find where the instructions are for my self-made nicnts.

I honestly just see my custom made libraries when using the "classic view" (libraries on the left and instrument interface on the right). But NOT in this tile / grid layout they got going on nowadays. I'm fine with it though. But yeh, I can absolutely add my custom libraries using the Manage Libraries button and then just going to libraries and choosing Add Library like always.

You need other data (images and stuff) stored in some NI folder in order to see libs in the new browser. It's a bit Komplete Kontrol like if you will.

Well, late to the party, but FWIW:
Everything that isn't Kontakt classic view:
- Komplete sound previews and images and some other files (PAresources and stuff)
- The new browser view of Kontakt 7

It comes with the LIBRARY. But many libraries are released without the installer. The installer puts these files OUTSIDE THE LIBRARY FOLDER. Only the sound previews are inside.
So no matter what Kontakt you're using you aren't gonna have them if you don't have the "installer" version of the library.

Can one of you please send me (in a pm) a small custom library that doesn't work? I'll try to see what the problem is and how to solve it. Tested it with some freely available custom libs and they also show up in the new browser. Some without a picture but the patches casn be loaded here.

Works perfectly, including adding custom libraries within Kontakt's interface itself. This is absolutely my choice so far from Kontakt 7 releases. Class stuff.

Yes, the scaling doesn't scale the GUI like it does in vectorial GUI's in other products, it just "zooms / enlarges" everything in Kontakt. That means all the Library wallpapers and other parts of the GUI based on png images (kontakt logo for example) become blurry.

But 7.2.0 is just a beta, they most likely will fix that until it becomes final.
