Get a deeper understanding of your sound than ever before with VISION 4X,
a powerful visual analysis plugin with maximum precision. Developed in partnership with electronic music trio Noisia, VISION 4X gives you the insights you need to prepare your tracks ready for competition with today’s top mixes, and the clarity to make the right mixing decisions with confidence – however modest your setup.

Four Visual Dimensions
VISION 4X combines four custom-built visual analysis tools that work simultaneously in real-time, including a spectrogram, bar graph, waveform and phase correlation meter. Each analyser is displayed in its own resizable window, allowing you to scale the plugin’s UI to suit your workflow.

Customisable Timeframe
Perfectly sync VISION 4X to your DAW and customise the analysis timeframe for any project. Choose to run the analysers continuously, or loop a section of time and let them overlay. Alternatively, if you want to hone in on a particular sound, set the plugin to retrigger whenever a MIDI signal is received – ideal for comparing kicks in real-time

Spectrogram
VISION 4X’s powerful spectrogram provides enhanced low-end resolution, offering access to more information about the frequencies in your mix. Freeze the visualiser for a snapshot of your sound, zoom in to get a close-up of the frequency spectrum, and navigate the display to discover details that otherwise could be missed.

Colour Maps
Customise the spectrogram’s display with ten Colour Maps to choose from, each one specifically selected for maximum information density when analysing sound. Brightness can be biased towards the low or high frequencies using Map Bias, and Range Hz and Range Db sliders give you total control over the frequency and volume range of the display.

Bar Graph
VISION 4X’s bar graph is a fully customisable spectrum analyser that can highlight the gain levels of the sustained frequencies in your sound. Choose to get an overview of how frequencies are distributed in your mix, or an intricate analysis, by varying the number of bars shown in the graph. The Speed of the bar graph’s movement can be adjusted to run alongside your track however you see fit, and you can easily spot peak levels using the Peak Hold sustain control.

VISION 4X also has a Spectrum Highlight feature that indicates resonant frequencies, which can be tailored for sensitivity and matched with the colour coding of the spectrogram.
Understand and improve the balance of your mix by comparing it with reference curves from a range of genres, generated through an in-depth analysis of hundreds of tracks. Each reference curve has an average and a maximum value line, with overshooting clearly indicated in red – the perfect visual feedback tool for assurance in your mixing decisions.

Waveform
As well as the spectrogram and bar graph, VISION 4X features a waveform analyser that enables you to carefully inspect your sound source. Alongside the plugin's other visualisers, you can use the waveform analyser to magnify soundwaves and gain valuable pitch, volume and timing information, with an intuitive colour-coded display.
The waveform analyser is accompanied by VU and RMS metering tools, allowing you to assess volume and loudness levels with ease. Keep track of the headroom for your mix with an overshoot highlighting feature that informs you when levels are going above 0dB.

Phase Correlation Meter
Explore the stereo dimensions of your sound with VISION 4X’s phase correlation meter, a tool that gives you an impression of your stereo spread and helps you to determine phase differences between the left and right channels. Any phase issues are clearly displayed along the centre line, helping you to maintain alignment and prevent any loss of audio when you’re converting to mono.

x86 is not included because it has severe issues with the graphics subset, causing it to not start, crash hosts and the like. Talking of direct untouched, tested on multiple DAWs and the standalone, too. Maybe they will get it good for next version. So for now, JBridge files included if you want to install them.

finally, been waiting for this one... thanks cube, I appreciate how engaged and active you've been with warez lately. I'll test it and come with feedback.

EDIT: I'm on Win 10, VST3 is working fine on Reaper and Bitwig.
be kind :)

For those interested in this sort of thing, the OpenGL factory stays locked at 30 fps which is way well more than enough for this type of thing. It provides a path to be what really is a demand on any GPU into practically nothing at all: GUI stretched to full screen and the GPU temperature barely wanted to raise 2 or 3 degrees C while the screen was looking amazing and rendering beautifully. AMD 2013 era middle tier card. On a side note, AMD is classically better for audio production as NVIDIA's method of drivers is more aggressive towards the system as a whole - this is how it's been for years and years, years ago - it is well more than possible something has changed since, and no current testing has been done. So take the information with a grain of salt and if you are truly interested in this, do your own testing if you have access to hardware!

MSI Afterburner video overclocking and monitoring software is something you want to install if you are even slightly bit interested in seeing related numbers and performance, and to troubleshoot in times of need. Don't worry - it doesn't overclock anything for you or alter anything like that. It just shows stuff. It can be complicated with all the settings, so don't be frustrated if you don't have it set perfectly in 5 minutes. Set it up here and there, over time, as a suggestion. And any questions, I can probably say something good on it, so fire away.

It's cool with 2 screens or more, but it has overlay for the 3d window or full screen showing tech details, if set so.

Afterburner is so damn useful, Always used it to undervolt GPUs, (esp 3090ti) to keep the system running cooler. Sometimes a godsend in SFF builds with limited airflow.

Drivers are fine now as far as I can tell. With GPU Audio on the horizon it only makes sense to keep an eye on the gpu.

Anyway, thanks for the release, this might end up being my go-to monitor.

PS: surprised Cube isn't Contributor/Releaser yet

NVIDIA are also notorious for ISR and DPC latencies regarding their drivers (run a LatencyMon check if you haven't yet).
That's why I always recommend to strip-out the drivers of the bloat-ware using Guru3D' NVSlimmer (or NvCleanInstall from TechPowerUP) then uninstall the previous drivers using Guru3D' DDU to make sure no pruned files stay on the system.

Very quick test in Cubase 12 yesterday. Had it on master and the track in question and no information came through to this plugin. Am I missing something simple? Thanks in advance!

I haven't yet put any "real" music to it, until now, to test for you. This thing is AMAZING!

Nothing special to tell. I did just as you described, and stuck an insert to the sole channel and an insert to the master buss. Check it out! (Default presets, other than color on one of them.) (Notice how low I have to keep master haha - and I don't even have my amps on - only soundbar and desktop speakers heh)

Nothing had to be done after the moment of inserting for it to get on.

It's almost guaranteed to be an issue with your video driver version or hardware itself not supporting. I am thinking you probably have a newish card, just as a guesstimate from over here, especially since you made the request - install latest drivers for your NVIDIA card, and don't let Microsoft own them on you by installing their own specified version via Windows Update, periodically.

Excite Audio needs to optimize when more than one instance is going. You can tell that each instance is barely denting a resource, but when opened GUIs together simultaneously, efficiency is thrown out the window and it becomes hard to drag or move the windows around. They will do it. You will see. It's like there is some kind of race condition vs. the other, and once they pinpoint it, a new version on the horizon might attentuate this negative effect.

Fire up GPU-Z to see if your video card is currently running at a good 3.2 OpenGL or better mode. It might need higher but 3.1 is tested known to fail gracefully with GUI message. Look to bottom right corner. I have 4.6.

Thank you for your swift reply. My gtx 1080 blew up a while back so I'm on intel integrated graphics unfortunately. The plugin loads fine, just no graphic information. I'll try again Saturday when I'm home!

You're going to need 3rd party solution for OpenGL. You should be able to get it working with this, I suspect. There are two ways to use it. The first is to let it take over your entire system and be OpenGL for everything and the other is to let it install to a folder (in this case, your DAW) so it is OpenGL for just that.

You should probably try the latter method unless you don't mind a future error or two in something else you might have to troubleshoot. Or on the other hand, it actually could make your whole system rock, for what it is.

The one with "ming" in the name is the one you want to try with. You're welcome.

Mesa 3D

I am actually testing it right now and it is working on a machine that previous had the error GUI screen come up and say OpenGL too low! I installed it in the per app way (yes to everything) for a speedy test.

This is not my machine, hence the pink, but check it out!

That is the more aggressive towards the system part I mentioned. Correct. But also reminder that the knowledge I am telling of is from a bit ago and it could have changed by now. Probably not, though!
