...So it's just a vsti like many others.

You need first to install 'R2R certificate', 'R2R Silk Emulator' and of course the sample library (24.8 Go) to use it without restrictions in your DAW.

Update: Saw in the setup files: there is also an (untouched) aax for PT!

You forgot the Runtime C++ redist.
It should be installed before all that as stated in the .nfo

Verify if this file is present in C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\The Grand 3\VST Sound :
FCP_SMT_001_TG3_IR_Set_1.vstsound

If it's not present, it means something went wrong with the installation...

...have you installed the 25 Go content?

Did anyone get FCP_SMT_001_TG3_BD1_Set_1.vstsound as a full file? Every time I unpack this I get a size 0 on that one. Everything else good.
