ACSEMU is an emulator for Arturia Software Center Agent, their licensor app.

* It does not affect to legit ACS. Only R2R Arturia releases call ASCEMU.

* ACSEMU doesn't access to Arturia Server. Legit version connects to the server when plugin asks for data collection, getting purcha-sable content, license sync functions.

* With the emulation, Arturia apps work more accurate like original one. We still need to patch hardcoded SHA512 stuff for mathematical reason though!

v1.1.0 - New : Support preset auth. Huge apologies for not supporting in the last version! The presets we used for testing was modified unprotected version :(

Just tried it in a Windows Sandbox. What worked for me is first install Reaper demo, then the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable Package (x64), then install ACSEMU, and finally install V-Collection 9.

I only installed ACSEMU, didn't run it afterwards or anything.

Does anyone else get an Error 09 when opening the plugins?

No Error Messages but for me in Cubase none of these Arturia VSTi's would Open and neither would the Standalones. I then found after a long, long time if I ran my DAW as Admin they all Open OK. But when I change back to DAW opening with None Admin they don't work again and Freeze the DAW forcing me to End Task sometimes even crashing Cubase. I'd installed and uninstalled this many times before I figured it out scratching my head and even trying the VR Bundle but no joy until running as Standalones and DAW as Admin. I changed all C:\Program Files\Arturia\V Collection 9 (Arturia Instruments.exe) to Run as Admin and they all Open great now but still not in Cubase without running as Admin.
If anyone any ideas how to be able to run these as none admin?

Are there supposed to be multipool instances of this running at any one time? When you look in processes (Win10) I see 5 or 6 running. Is this emulator running per instrument? So if I have 5 Arturia synths I will have 5 ASCEMU2 instances running at the same time? Is it me or is this the case?

it works for one of my arturia plugins which is augmented grand piano and not for efx fragments. Windows 10 and ableton live 11

when i try to install ascemu i get an error:
CreateFile failed; Code 3. The system cannot find the specified path.

I think I read once in the .nfo that you possibly need TEAM R2R Root Certificate-R2R also if you don't already have that installed so you could try that

It´s safe. Anti malware software often sees keygens or similar tools, especially emulations of licensor apps like this, as Trojans.

You find questions like yours under almost every release here, from recently registered members, answered the same way as I did. Hope that reassures you.
