for the 1st time ever, the online installation doesn't work. I found a file at C:\ProgramData\Waves Audio\Licenses\LastAcceptableMACAddress

is that some kind of Mac Adress block or something ?

That's extremely familiar. Not from a tested and analyzed point of view, but I believe it is part of Waves licensing and how it works. I have seen it forever and always thought as much. If a machine uses a card lan adapter or USB adapter for lan, then uses something different, it's likely even a patched will ask for re-licensing until patched again. I am only guessing at this and it's not any fact.

Anyway, after a few try, cleaning up all the Waves files, turn off all my firewall and whatnot, I finally manage to install most of the plugins (by choice of course) online. Just want to share that the V.R patch 14.6 works fine. Going to be a while to update about other stuff, because right now I'm scanning the plugins on DAWs and StudioRack v14. Will add any new findings soon after I test some of them. It is safe to install.

Update
1. CR8 working
2. Cosmos not working offline, need to log in
3. All old Waves plugins, all working I presume, tested atleast 20+ of them.
4. All NX plugins working
5. Spherix working, not sure when I'll ever need this 7.1
6. New presets browser system not working, I'm fine with the old one.
7. StudioRack v14 VST3 scan still not fixed by Waves, you can't rescan after the first scan, it wont detect newer installation/changes.

This only applies to my system, the result on your system may vary. Conclusion is V.R patch working, 98% as always and it is good enough.

All other plugins work, only NX plugins do not. I have deleted the plugins and reinstalled NX plugins. I am sure the problem still exists.

yeah, I cleaned everything and install only v14. Waves updated everything to v14, I think all of them has v14 version

Don't ask me, I'll tell by myself :-

I Installed the Whole VR-Release with the Latest v14.6 VR-Patch

Results :-

All Plugins , instruments are working till the lastest ,newest plugin

but,

- Cosmos needed to login just once for Waves free account then I Blocked it , works perfectly till now

- CR8 Sampler Standalone works perfectly !! But VST version doesn't open at all !!

- Didn't need to delete Servers Folders in Program Data
but even when I moved them So many plugins stopped working or even disappeared !! when I Moved them back to their place everything worked normally again
I'm here , That's more than enough !!

I made an account just to complain about this: regardless of what I do this program Just Will Not Work. It gives one error message that reads this, verbatim:
"Waves Central has run into some issues
Waves Central could not have initialized properly and will be closed"
And that's it. It closes and I can't get it to open.
I've tried running it over and over in different modes and on different profiles to no avail. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the problem persists. I am pulling my hair out because of this, what is the issue?!

I see some are a specialist for Waves, Can you help me on that to know what to do. I have already some real Waves V14, can I install V.R complete waves Y can install with no risk to erase my actual bundle installed?

My computer is a w10 and I have CR8 cosmos, waves harmony, waves Renaissance bundle, CLA Classic Compressors bundle.Clarity Vx , NLS Non-Linear Summer, MDMX Distortion Modules ,
- Virtual Mix Room over Headphones, Vocal Production bundle , I just need SsL, CLA classic and some Waves Scheps in that VR Thanks,
