For those who have problems with the keygen activation:
Go to user\public\documents\nativinstruments\ras (!it's a hidden folder!).
Rightclick ras folder, choose properties and uncheck "read only", then the keygen activation should work!

I get this warning: "your hardware has changed", I look for the "ras" folder but I can't find it.

Got the same Problem not seeing the RAS3 Folder (i found out that the Folder is not visible even if show hidden Files and Folders is activated) and found an workaround.

1. Deinstall Traktor 3.6.1
2. Install Traktor 3.6.1
3. Open an Explorer Window and paste this C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\Native Access\RAS3 to your search bar and hit enter. Now you are in the RAS3 Folder which was not shown before.
4. Right click anywhere below the Files in the Folder and select properties with the Mouse, now uncheck write protection save and close.
5. Activate Traktor ProPlus using Keygen.
6. Open Traktor 3.6.1 now everything should work fine.

Good news to see this, their suscription plan is kind of cheap, but I feel scammed to have to suscribe for a program I already own

I totally agree. Not only that I own a 1000 euro controller, now i also need to pay extra to be able to use couple of more features that the app has to offer. For the first time, I'm really thinking of using R2R instead of the genuine that i used all years

Same here, bought the S8 a year ago and beside that maximizer thing i don't see any improvement over the standard version yet. Noone needs Beatport Subscription (serious mixes should never depend on online services) and who needs a pattern player when we have remix pads? I don't get it. But well, another one switching over to subscription models. The only thing that could change my mind: vst-support for the fx section. THAT would be a gamechanger.

Reading the comments on NI website, version 3.6.1 seems to be buggy. I suggest to stay with 3.5.3

3.6.0 is more buggy than 3.6.1. Upgrading to version 3.6.0 creates duplicate entries in your track collection. That's the main reason for the hotfix that came out 3 or 4 days after 3.6.0 was released. Maybe it won't crash but it's a buggy version. I recommend to stick with version 3.5.3 until next update

It has SSE4_1 instructions, a.k.a. BlendVPS or similar. Only install this if your CPU has the ability to run these instructions. You can see with the free program CPU-Z.

If you don't have 4_1, version 3.5.3 is the one to install instead, as noted above.
