Yes. I'm not sure if VR ever released the main Core library (about 40 GB), but they do release the individual expansion like Yamaha Maple, Signature Snares, etc in the past.

The only Core library I found is released by R2R. I wonder if I can use R2R Core library with this VR release?

Other VR release with "out of memory" error message. It´s a lottery. Most of them work correctly, but not in this case. If 64GB RAM is out of memory... R2R release?

I don't know if they are licensing issues, I don't get any messages about them.
but i had trouble getting 8 bit kit presets to appear
once visible I loaded the first preset, after the play the application exits.

This release or original software have problems. When i load presets sometimes Cubase crashing. Sometimes it shows wrong photos for kit pieces. When i do rescan for content system locations nothing happens and i cant close window (other folders scan processes works). When i install some expansions it dont add presets and kit files to list, it just adding kit pieces but i can load presets and kits from file menu.

I just got around to installing this today. I get a little red exclamation mark. When I click on it, it pops up a little info box that says I have less than 1 day to activate or it will stop working. My previously installed version, "FXpansion.BFD.v3.3.1.33.CE_rev2" had zero issues. The only BFD3 library on my system in the Core library. It's actually the original lib files downloaded from BFD a year or two ago.

** EDIT **
It’s been two or three months since I’d installed this (as of the time of this post), and the program is still working fine. I’m still just using the original core library; I haven’t installed any expansion packs (yet).

I tried to install this version on Win11 and it gave me the message, that i should go online to check my license, which i won't do for shure.

I assume, this doesn't run under Win11 anymore (?)
